Yellow Taro

Yellow taro, also known as "Mana Uliuli" in Hawaii, is a medium-height, erect, and stocky plant that matures in 9-12 months. Its corm, the edible part, has yellow flesh with light yellowish fibers, and the skin is cream-colored with dark purple rings where leaf scars appear. It also features a light green inflorescence with reddish-brown speckles, a narrow spathe, and a delicate spadix
